Professional Performance Camp
2 hour training sessions which will consist of:
- Warm up
- Resistant band work
- Reaction drills
- Fitness drills
- Speed, Agility and Quickness
- Unopposed Technical drills
- Possession based drills
- Position Specific drills
- Match Play
Additional Gym session - strength and conditioning
Sports therapy treatment and rehabilitation
After training snacks
Full FTF Training kit provided.

Pre Pre Season Camps
These are highly intensive 6 week training camps. We offer these camps to professionals, released professionals, scholars, released scholars, semi professional and young aspiring players.
The sessions will be made up of:- Fitness pitch and gym based
- Strength and conditioning pitch and gym based
- Position specific fitness and ball work
- Competitive football matches
- Technical sessions are opposed and un-opposed.
We will incorporate footballs during most fitness drills, agility, strength and conditioning sessions. Sessions will run Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays AM and PM.

USA Scholarship Pre Season Camps
To prepare players who are traveling to the USA for their football season mentally and physically.
The sessions will be made up of:
- Fitness pitch and gym based
- Strength and conditioning pitch and gym based
- Position specific fitness and ball work
- Competitive football matches
- Technical sessions are opposed and
un-opposed.

Train with a friend or a small group
This is an opportunity to share the cost of training with a friend or group of friends and also motivate each other to achieve their goals.
Food diaries to be completed to offer advice and guidance on your nutritional intake where possible.
You can train at a location of your choice whether it be at a house, garden, open space or a gym. (We could also provide you with a gym)

Ryan Fraser
Founder/Head Coach
Ryan works as the academy manager at a semi-professional football club, producing 10 players for the 1st team, 5 signed players, 2 professional trials and 4 USA schloars. Previously coaching at AFC Wimbledon's youth teams (U12-U18s), Ryan was a full time coach for 4 years. During this time, producing players such as Jim Fenlon (Over 40 first team apperances), Ryan Sweeney (Ireland U21 International), Daniel Agyei (Burnley FC), Brendan Kieran (Bromely FC), Tom Beere, Will Nightingale, Daniel Gallagher, Callum Wilson, who all play in league 2. Ryan also worked alongside Marcus Gayle in a very successful reserves team in 2011/12.

Marcus Gayle
Coach and Mentor
Marcus' career spanned over 600 games including international recognition with Jamaica who featured in the 1998 World Cup held in France and over 200 games in the Barclays Premier League. Previously managing and coaching at AFC Wimbledon reserve squad for over 4 successful sesons, Marcus took over the first team managers role at Staines Town in 2012. Marcus has a good reputation for developing and producing players that have gone on to playing at a higher level.

Lauren Pearson
Lead Sports Therapist
Lauren started at Tooting and Mitcham in October 2014 with the academy and after a very successful season, was asked to become the lead therapist for the whole club in June 2015. This means working with every team from school boys, academy to the first team, attending all trainings and matches, looking after the health and welfare of all players and organise the dedicated team of therapists to ensure they are giving every player the best possible care.
